DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES - The Rotary Club of Los Angeles announced this week a new Downtown wine and food festival taking place on Memorial Day to benefit the Volunteers of America Los Angeles’ Downtown homeless service center, the Rotary House.

There will be hundreds of items to bid on at the 15th annual Rotary auction March 12-14, but one of the more interesting has to be the Wine Cellar package. Valued at more than $1,500, it includes two bottles each of 20 different wines representing the world’s major wine regions. There’s also a 3-liter bottle of Bordeaux included as a bonus.
